Customer Engagement (IlanSense Mandatory) — Measure the depth of customer involvement within your physical space.
The Customer Engagement module analyzes both visit frequency and time spent in-store, providing a full picture of how customers interact with your brand on-site. It’s not just about how often they come — it’s about how long they stay and how meaningfully they engage with the space.
Engagement levels are segmented into four behavioral profiles — Flash, Regular, Engaged, and Ambassador — allowing you to track shifts in attention, detect early signs of disengagement, or identify high-value, high-involvement visitors. This makes it a key tool for refining loyalty strategies and activating the right actions based on real usage patterns.
