How is Origin activated?
You send us an email with the name and postal address of the location you wish to analyze. This can be your own retail store, a shopping center where you're a tenant, a retail park, an outlet, a competitor's store for benchmarking, or any prospective site you're considering for a future opening.
Once we confirm coverage for the selected site, we provide a Project Briefing Document so you can define your measurement goals. This allows us to configure the platform specifically to your business needs.
We configure your Origin dashboard based on the location’s specific context — whether it's urban, suburban, or rural — and adjust parameters such as local catchment dynamics, attraction potential, and competitive environment. This ensures your analysis reflects the real strategic positioning of your site.
Once validated, activation is completed via a secure payment link directly through the platform.
You receive access credentials to your dashboard, which includes up to 5 sites per monthly license.
We guide you through the platform in a dedicated onboarding session tailored to your KPIs.
You can pause or renew your monthly license at any time from your account.
