You send us an email with the name and postal address of the point of sale or retail site you want to analyze. This can include your store, a group of locations, or even a benchmark site for loyalty behavior comparison.
We verify data coverage for the selected location(s) and send you a Project Briefing Document to specify your measurement goals — such as visit frequency, retention, recurrence, or loyalty segmentation.
We tailor your Loyalty dashboard based on your location type (urban, suburban, retail park) and strategic goals. Parameters like average visit delay, return rates, and loyalty thresholds are calibrated accordingly.
Once validated, you activate the measurement through a secure payment link provided via the platform.
You receive login credentials to access your Loyalty dashboard. Up to 5 locations are included with your monthly license.
We provide training to help you navigate the dashboard, understand key loyalty KPIs, and activate the right performance levers.
Subscriptions are renewed monthly and can be managed directly from your account.
