By using Flow — Territory Intelligence, you agree to these terms:
1. Insights Delivery: One-shot insights are 50% upfront, balance due before the 15th of the following month.
2. Licenses: Flow Intelligence (60€/month/site) and Flow Intelligence+ (90€/month/site) require annual commitment with monthly billing.
3. Power BI Pro: Access to dashboards requires a Power BI Pro license at your expense.
4. Reverse Charge: B2B invoicing applies VAT reverse charge. All prices are net of VAT.
5. Data: Territory Activation Brief and all insights are based on anonymized, aggregated mobility data.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, Belgium, France, and Spain as applicable to your territory.
