Flagship Reports

The monthly plan has no commitment — cancel anytime before the next billing date. The annual plan is billed once per year at €55/month (€660/year)

Registering before May 2026 gives you full access to the January, February, March, and April 2026 reports for your flagship centre — at no cost, no card required. Your paid subscription starts only if you choose to subscribe.

Reports are delivered via Power BI. After subscribing, you receive a login and password granting access to your centre's dashboard. A Power BI Pro licence (Microsoft 365, ~€10/user/month) is required on your side.

Each monthly report covers: catchment zone origin by municipality, monthly traffic flow and dwell time, competitive dynamics, and the Flow Health Index, Marketing Activation Score Recommendation for the centre. Data is based on 100% real mobile mobility — no surveys, no modelling.

Yes — each flagship centre is a separate subscription. You can subscribe to La Maquinista, Ring Kortrijk, and Odysseum independently, or all three together.

Flagship reports cover our three pilot centres. For your own shopping centre, retail park, or high street, contact us to discuss a Connect+ licence tailored to your asset.

Commitment & pricing

No. Flow Connect is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date — no penalty, no lock-in.

Pricing is based on asset type (Store / Retail Park or Shopping Centre) and level of intelligence.

Products

Connect+ is a standalone subscription that includes all the features of Connect, enhanced with advanced modules. It is particularly suitable if you do not have a counting system installed yet: Connect+ directly integrates traffic measurement and analysis.

The Territory Intelligence report covers 4 key modules:

  • Performance: Analysis and evolution of visitor traffic.
  • Origin: Real origin of visitors by municipality.
  • Territory: Analysis and signals of the surrounding territory.
  • Health: Footfall health index to assess performance.

Connect and Connect+ both include these exact same 4 modules. The only difference is that Connect links to your existing counting systems, whereas Connect+ directly integrates traffic measurement if you do not have equipment installed. The media optimization modules (Where, Budget, and Uplift measurement) belong description-wise exclusively to the Activate marketing solution.

Connect+ is a standalone subscription — it includes everything in Connect plus the advanced modules. You do not need to subscribe to Connect before upgrading. If you already have Connect via your integrator, your distributor can upgrade your subscription.

Activate

Activate is available for direct purchase on ilanexperience.com. Select your asset type, your tier, and complete checkout online.

Activate and Connect+ are two independent and complementary solutions.

  • Activate is designed for marketing teams to optimize allocation and measure the impact of media spend.
  • Connect+ is dedicated to Operations and Expansion teams for traffic analysis and operational management.

Therefore, Activate does not require a Connect+ subscription.

Activate provides the territorial targeting strategy and impact measurement—it does not replace your agency.

As a powerful geoframing solution, Activate allows CMOs to generate a precise territorial brief in just minutes, based on recent mobile data. The goal is to optimize geo-targeting and allocate the local budget where the impact on to-store traffic will be maximized. Your teams then share this territorial and budget brief with your media agency, which retains its expert role in planning audience and coverage on its usual platforms. The following month, Uplift is measured by Flow against real footfall data to validate campaign effectiveness.

Data & coverage

Flow Connect is built on real mobile data covering France, Spain and Belgium. Coverage is available for any catchment zone of a physical retail point (store, retail park, shopping centre). If you are unsure about your specific location, contact us — we will confirm coverage before you subscribe.

Flow Connect uses anonymised, aggregated mobile signals from panel-validated sources. Data is refreshed monthly, in sync with your report delivery. Anomalies (sudden spikes, data gaps) are flagged automatically in the Territory Signals module and included in your report narrative.

Origin data is provided at commune level. Budget and zone analysis go down to IRIS, NIS9, Sección censal level where population density supports it. For Shopping Centres, commune-level aggregation applies uniformly across tiers.

Setup & integration

Flow Connect does not require access to your existing footfall counter. It operates independently using mobile data. If you wish to cross-reference your counting data with Flow Connect origin data, this can be done in the report — no technical integration is needed.

Setup (asset configuration, zone validation with your integrator) takes 24–72 hours.

Territory Signals are calculated monthly, in line with report delivery. A significant erosion signal appearing in your report reflects movement in the previous 30-day window. You will not receive intra-month real-time alerts — Flow Connect is a strategic, not operational, monitoring tool.

Reports are delivered to the contact email registered at subscription. You can request additional recipients.

Medias

Yes. Uplift is calculated at the asset level — each point of sale configured in your subscription has its own Uplift measurement. For multi-site portfolios on Activate, results are available both individually and aggregated at portfolio level.
