Resilience 12 reads one full calendar year of measured visitors, month by month, to establish whether a site's traffic holds up — and which territory it actually rests on. Built for expansion directors, real estate teams and anyone signing a lease.

Strategic decision
Lease or opening. Renewal, relocation or new site — decided on twelve months of measured flow, not on the impression of a single visit.
Analysis horizon
A closed calendar year. A fixed, auditable period, closed before the outcome was known. Its start date cannot be argued with a landlord.
What it establishes
Whether the flow is endemic, whether the catchment area holds through the seasons, and whether the site has won over its own territory.
The three questions answered
Is this site viable?
Three dimensions scored separately — flow regularity, territorial spread, proximity anchoring — and combined into a single verdict: Solid, Viable with monitoring, Exposed or Fragile. Readable in three lines by anyone who will never open the detail pages.
Does the flow hold over time?
Volume alone does not reveal fragility. A site can hold its numbers while quietly changing its audience, or keep its audience while emptying out half the year. Resilience 12 tells the two apart and names the regime it produces: endemic flow, audience churn, seasonal breathing, or a flow dependent on tourism, events or the calendar.
What headroom is left to capture?
Every neighbourhood is read for how deeply it has actually been captured, then compared between core and periphery. The result is an attraction gradient that identifies where local growth is genuinely within reach — and where the territory is already exhausted.
Inside the report
Resilience verdict
Is this site viable? Three scored dimensions, one verdict, plus an asset profile: neighbourhood anchor, regional destination or seasonal destination.
Annual stability index
Does the flow hold over time? Whether the volume moves, whether the audience moves, and what the combination means.
Catchment morphology
How does the territory breathe? How tightly the traffic concentrates, and how far that concentration shifts between the tightest and the widest month of the year.
Primary core structure
What does the base rest on? Balanced, tiered or dominated — with the ranked table of every core neighbourhood and its cumulative weight.
Territorial penetration
What headroom is left? Neighbourhood weight crossed with capture depth — high weight and low penetration is where the margin is most exploitable.
What you will receive
A written diagnosis, not a dashboard to interpret
Every page carries a narrative in plain language explaining what each figure means, what it does not mean, and how far it can be trusted. No prior training in geomarketing required.
A verdict you can put in front of a landlord
The reference year is fixed before the outcome is known and appears on every page. Two sites analysed on the same year compare directly — two rolling windows extracted on different dates do not.
A fixed perimeter
The core is set on the reference year and never recalculated. Otherwise you would be measuring a shift in perimeter, not an erosion of traffic.
An honest reading
Resilience 12 produces no year-on-year comparison: a closed cycle describes a structure, not a trajectory. The report states the limits of what it measures.
Data accuracy
Aggregated, privacy-by-design mobility data. Deduplicated unique visitors at neighbourhood granularity — audience captured, not footsteps counted.
Optional modules
Two questions that do not always arise. Each is added in the configurator, and only where it has an object.
Competitive benchmark
The same reference year read on a directly comparable operator already trading in the target area, with its own catchment and its own capture depth. The only factual way out of a business plan built on declared intentions.
Cannibalisation risk
How far the visitor origins of the studied site overlap with those of your nearest existing location, across the year. Worth ordering only where the two catchment areas genuinely meet.

Configure your audit
Select the site to study and the calendar year of reference. Add optional modules — a named competitor, a site from your own network to test for overlap — if the question applies to you. The price updates at every step.
-
Check out
Pay online by card or SEPA transfer. Your invoice is issued immediately, and the data queries are triggered the moment your payment clears.
-
Receive your workspace
Within 72 business hours, your Power BI workspace is published and transferred to your team — with the written diagnosis already inside it.
Once the site is secured
Resilience 12 tells you the territory is worth the lease. The same territory then has to be told you are opening. The neighbourhoods identified as under-captured are exactly the ones an opening campaign should reach first — and they are already qualified in your report.
Drive Digital
Tactical budget allocation on qualified territories — your opening budget spent only where the catchment area actually is.
Drive pDOOH
Tactical panel selection on qualified territories — outdoor placed on real mobility flows rather than on panel reach.
Drive Print
Tactical leaflet distribution on qualified territories — door-drops targeted neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
A lease is signed for years. The decision deserves more than one afternoon on site.
